Sale of Goods 
The sale of all products and services from the Access Health Care Ltd Internet site are subject to the following terms and conditions:
Access Health Care Ltd has the right to refuse the sale of any product or service where we deem appropriate.
Every effort will be made to supply you with your order, however, we do not accept liability should we decline an order or fail to supply due to unforeseen circumstances.
Access Health Care Ltd accepts no liability for consequential loss. Liability is limited to the replacement cost of the goods.
By placing an order through Access Health Care’s Ltd.’s website, you agree to receive promoting products and services from Access Health Care Ltd. Should you not wish to continue to receive these promotions you can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link at the end of the newsletter.
Access Health Care Ltd guarantees that we will never share, sell, disseminate in any form whatsoever any of the information that we collect from you during and beyond the course of our relationship. This excludes information that is required by law to be provided.
Any offers made on this website only applies to online orders only, not instore (pharmacy, health store).
Only one discount code can be used at any one time, not available with any other offer.
Discount unique codes only apply to online sales, not available in stores. Access Health Care Ltd reserves the right to correct any error after an email is sent out.

Shipping
We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please use physical address details. This includes a company name if you are getting it sent to a work address. 
For all “signature required” shipping, please ensure someone will be at the designated address to sign for the parcel.
